Ben Woelk, CISSP, CPTC, is Governance, Awareness, and Training Manager in the Information Security Office at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), where he’s responsible for content strategy, security awareness, and program management. Ben teaches RIT courses in cybersecurity policy and law, technical writing, and introverts and leadership. His Hope for the Introvert Podcast shares conversations with and about introverted leaders, their strengths, and how they apply them in the workplace and other parts of life.
Jennifer Goode

Jennifer Goode, PhD, CPTC, is an instructor in the Technical Communication Department at Mercer University, where she directs the graduate program in Technical Communication Management and teaches instructional design, evaluation, e-learning, and strategic communication. Prior to joining Mercer’s Technical Communication Department, she served as an independent online learning and communication consultant. Jennifer has worked in corporate, government, and higher education organizations in the areas of computer-based training, document production and management, and online course management.
Megan Mack
Coach
Megan Mack is an improviser, sketch comedy writer, and television and radio producer. She is a graduate of the Conservatory and Writing Programs at The Second City Training Centre in Toronto, and has studied improvisation with Jimmy Carrane, Armando Diaz, Susan Messing, T.J. Jagodowski, and David Pasquesi. Megan has taught improv and sketch comedy writing both virtually and in person for companies and non-profit organizations across the country. You can find her on stage with the sketch comedy and improv troupe, “Thank You Kiss.”
